Download Scripthook from here: and extract, inside you will find 3 files and one folder, you just need to copy 2 files ( ScriptHook.dll and ScriptHookDotNet.asi) to your 'GTAIV' main folder and create a new folder and rename it 'Scripts' Extract the files to your desktop to make it easy to access.We'll go back to this folder after we install the other files. Donwload the mod from this link if you need it.
